HELP THE POST OFFICE: Buy Stamps, Prepaid Post Cards/Envelopes, More at: store.usps.com/

- 'Want To Save Our Postal Service & Democracy. Good. Here's How,' Daily Kos, April 12, 2020.

I just purchased two sheets of stamps. There is a whole selection of stamps you can choose from right here —

store.usps.com/...

Together we can save our neighbors’ jobs, our small businesses, and post offices. Equally, if not more importantly, together we can save our ability to vote by mail during the Trump plague

Donald Trump and the GOP slash and burners, want to kill the Post Office. They want to take away our right to vote.

They want to kill one of our largest unions, one that is made up of a large number of women and people of color.

They want to control access. The USPS’ mandate is to deliver mail to everyone. Period.

They want to remove our control over our own government.

Together we can stop them.

We’re in a war for our country and it’s time to suit up in whatever ways we can.

Go to https://t.co/01jFDCziuO and order a sheet of stamps.

# buystamps, save the postal system and our Democracy. Let’s get it done!

The Postal Accountability and Enhancement Act is responsible for approximately 95% of the financial difficulties facing the USPS.

This I believe was put in place so Bush and company could steal the money for his unnecessary war!

It was one way to "balance" the flood of debt incurred, but as well, the USPS was exploring the use of electric and alternative fuel vehicles in 2005.

with a pen. USPS is required to have 75 years of pension money in cash. No other company is required to do this. But Repub Congress mandated it. All they have to do is change this law. This is a very dumb problem with an easy fix.

either with the same graphic, or maybe one specific to the COVID-19 crisis.

I wanted to buy some more of the original but they no longer have them for sale.

When I added an item to my cart on the USPS web site, I got the message "Due to a high volume of orders at this time, please allow an additional 2-3 days for the delivery of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you."

Got some T. Rex (the dinosaur, not the musical group ) stamps coming, as well as prepaid post cards, post card stamps (I like to make my own sometimes), and some other cool Forever letter stamps.

I had family members who were letter carriers, and I've always loved the post office. They just keep on doing a great job, despite Republican efforts to bankrupt them.

purposely kept mailing bills and cards to help the post office. Maybe for selfish reasons because my husband worked there for years. He has retired, but still mail several bills and cards.

Yes the dreadful 2006 Republican Act has put the Post Office into negative balances, but what can we do today in this Republican times? Answer... nothing. Yes your stamps will support the system, but majority of the revenue is actually from "junk mail". Use common sense, in this time of lockdowns, essential activities is not going to your local post office and pay for a us postage stamp with 55 cents for a sweepstakes mailing.

What can you do? Just relax.... if the negative balances occur.... you will still get your mail. It is in the US Constitution.
