Fox News commentator slammed for mocking Joe Biden's decision to wear a mask
Published 10 mins ago on May 25, 2020By Matthew Chapman
On Monday, during his observance of Memorial Day, former Vice President Joe Biden donned a face mask in accordance with CDC guidelines a contrast with President Donald Trump, who has frequently refused to wear a mask even in some places that require them.
But Fox News senior analyst Brit Hume went out of his way to mock how Biden looked wearing it.

Before long, Trump himself retweeted the remark and commenters on social media were quick to respond.

Our leaders should emulate good behavior. Mask wearing is essential to slowing the spread.
History will not be kind to Britt Hume and his ilk.

(10,943 posts)... Joe looks fine. Britt Hume is an "UN Fair and UN balanced" newsreader... can't call him a journalist.

(17,609 posts)Brit Hume has NO idea about what leadership should look like.
Well, in his defense, look who he has had as a model for as long as he has opted to sell his soul.

(15,539 posts)... when he talks? It seems like an unnecessary use of muscles around the mouth.
I worked with a woman from New Jersey, whose family had recently moved to Ohio, and she still had a strong Jersey accent.
I later noticed that her mouth was always WIDE OPEN when she talked, so I later (and privately) forced myself to talk with my mouth wide open like her.
To my surprise, I started to sound more like her too, with the accent seeming to naturally arise from my wide-mouth talking. It took some mental focus for me to continue talking that way, or I'd naturally revert back to my more closed-mouth talking during that experiment.
