That would probably be their actual reaction to Obama baby footage, given that they're willing to go as far as birtherism or personally insulting the first family. Their hatred is irrational, most likely based on deep-seated racial stereotypes. I suspect a white Democratic president wouldn't attract as much overt hatred.
