Marine vet protests in full uniform with 'I can't breathe' taped on his mouth

A Marine veteran drew viral attention online after he stood for hours outside the Utah state capitol in his service uniform for several hours on Friday with the words "I can't breathe" taped on his mouth.

In photos captured by Utah photographer Robin Pendergrast, the veteran, Todd Winn, could be seen standing just outside the state building holding a poster demanding justice for George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and Tamir Rice - three African Americans killed by police.
