President Trump and his advisers are reportedly so angry that FBI Director Christopher Wray and Attorney General William Barr have not done more directly to help his re-election effort that they are considering firing them after Election Day, The Washington Post reports.

Trump wanted them to concoct the same sort of scandal that then-FBI Director James Comey delivered 11 days before the 2016 election by reopening the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails. The Daily Beast reported this month that the president was already looking to replace Wray after the election.

The Post now reports the president is specifically disappointed that the FBI has not officially launched an investigation into Joe Biden and his son Hunter or their associates. Trump has ramped up calls for locking up Biden, in line with his 2016 campaign against Clinton, and has called Biden a “criminal” during recent rallies.

Trump launched a veiled threat against Barr on Fox News Tuesday, saying, “We’ve got to get the attorney general to act” and and to act “fast” to investigate Biden. “This is major corruption,” Trump said, “and this has to be known about before the election.”

When we win the house and Senate investigations can begin and he can be prosecuted. He's going to be fired anyway.

4. trump hit Barr's limit how far he'd go for him

And couldn't corrupt Wray so he as to replace them with more corrupt people to destroy evidence and stop any investigations trumps wants stopped, and start investigations and prosecutions of all opposition, press, and others trump wants. This will only make things worse for trump in the end, and more charges against him. All republican Senators not openly warning him against doing this, and not stopping this shouldn't be in OUR government anymore, and voted out of office.
