2. Are these people the ones who tRump didn't fire 3 years ago

when he fired people in depts he didn't "think" were important to his agenda and were Science based? He threw out Obama's pandeminc playbook along with those who understood its purpose. Why did they stick around this long, are they all pro-tRump? Who hired them?
