I'm a Methodist and I've been shocked and embarrassed by the number of UMC congregations that have accepted that Trump is the rightful president and that to vote otherwise is to side with people who are out to get you.

It's times like these that try people's souls. May the Lord have mercy!

2. There are liberal and progressive churchs.

I enjoy looking at some of those and have great friends that are members.
The Society of Friends, or Quakers, UUs, United Church of Christ. Those are a few and there are liberal individual churches of many denominations. I'm not a believer, but find it all very interesting.
