I’d say that makes it pretty clear. And, just today, SCOTUS refused to side with health care workers in ME regarding not taking the vaccine GET THE F..KING SHOT! |

4. As has been posted before,
that says that the authority for a vaccination mandate is reserved for the states.
Some states do, some don't. |

They have liberty to stay home, and if they need or want to work they can comply with rules like the rest of society does all the time.
