If he didn't do anything wrong in the Jan. 6 riot, why is Gym Jordan so afraid to appear before his

colleagues?

CLEVELAND, Ohio — U.S. Rep. Jim Jordan responded to a subpoena to testify about the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol by decrying it as a “dangerous escalation” of a political vendetta.

We’re talking about his response and whether he’ll comply with its demand that he appear for a May 27 deposition on Today in Ohio.

Editor Chris Quinn hosts our daily half-hour news podcast, with impact editor Leila Atassi, editorial board member Lisa Garvin and content director Laura Johnston.

He sure is acting like he's guilty of something.

And if he thinks not attending will hold up the hearings, he's more delusional than I thought.

I have often thought that about people who don’t respond to subpoena’s or fight them. If they aren’t guilty of anything, why not show up.
