So tell me how you really feel!
https://signalpress.blogspot.com/2022/09/a-contrast-in-character.htmlNot having lived my life under a rock, I have no frame of reference to explain anything that's led to the development of an "extreme right" with the capability of gathering the kind of support that it has. And when I run into someone I know who thinks this way, my first thought is, "How did that happen?"

but I didn't know till years later that that's where he kicked off his Presidential campaign. That was no dog whistle to those in the South, or Northern racists.

(2,811 posts)3. 1950s Eisenhower administration
During the Eisenhower administration under cover of the cold war hysteria the GOP brought in thousands, I've once seen reference to several hundred thousand former Nazis and German conservatives to rebuild the GOP and fill our military buildup.

(I would say that this is why. It is like a form of brainwashing thanks to social enforcement. Some people just cannot handle standing out in a. crowd.)

Imagine being so stupid that you look at [Trump] this treasonous, traitorous, totally corrupt, self-serving, ignorant clown, this racist, semi-illiterate moron, this sexually-assaulting, pathologically lying, feeble-minded, morally bankrupt, constitutionally-illiterate simpleton, this bloated nitwit with his cotton candy hair, radioactive tinted skin, and obese dishevelment and think, "Now this is a guy I really admire." --Democratic Underground Post by 634-5789
