that is not what Glenn said. Glenn did not say that prosecutors will indict.
I know this, as far as the Stormy Daniels payoff goes, the statute of limitations has expired for a federal prosecution.
I must assume that since Bragg is looking into this that the statute of limitations has not expired for a state prosecution.
