It seems to me that if there is a point to this it’s if Fanni reimbursed Ward. If she didn’t, that would look bad but they’d still have to prove that he passed some of the money from Fulton County to her. If she did, this the nothing* it appears to be.

So, Trump’s defense has to prove she did NOT. Right?

*This should sideshow was driven by their media and then used to drag their personal lives out into the open. Oh and some really true racist colors are on display on Twitter. Like a lot.

It is impossible to prove cash payments were made or not made. The Judge is going to have to determine credibility. All that is proven so far is that Wade paid for everything with a credit card.

No different IMO than lending a couple thousand dollars to a friend or relative. If I say they never paid it back and they say they paid it back with cash, they don't automatically win since I can't prove they didn't. Like you say that would be impossible
