Ask what each person needs the most.
They would both be satisfied with this (and it's OUR goddamn money)

I've posted a few times on this.

I am not a conspiracy theorist. More like sci-fi. I just extrapolate the worst possible behaviors of people and machines, and they always "exceed" my expectations, in the worst possible way.

Hint: that concrete pad that used to be a rose garden may have multiple uses. Think Jimmy Hoffa.
