H2M will be a comprehensive Mars exploration conference to address the major technical, scientific, and policy related challenges that need to be overcome to send humans to Mars by 2030."

Wow - I just looked at the agenda - Bolden is giving the keynote, Vint Cerf will talk about the interplanetary internet, others will talk about Mars agriculture, etc - they're covering every aspect of this.
