Is this legit? Pope Francis on Pat Buchanan and Palin??

Anyone seen this earlier? Any idea that this is satire?

"In a blog post published on the Vatican’s website Monday morning, Pope Francis—who has argued that Catholics should embrace members of the LGBT community, relax efforts to convert atheists to Christianity, and stop being “obsessed” by abortion and gay marriage—responded to Buchanan’s criticism, writing that the former presidential candidate and aide to Ronald Reagan should “reflect on his own opinions” before criticizing others.

“This is a man who has dabbled in Holocaust denial and has a documented history of anti-Semitism,” Francis wrote. “Of course he doesn’t want the Church to become more inclusive. He’d probably like it if we segregated mass services from now on.”

rather he has spent years of his life saying that gay relationships are 'an attack on God's plan' and that adoption by gay people is a form of 'discrimination against the child' and other hateful remarks so bigoted that the President of Argentina called his anti gay speeches there 'Medieval and suggestive of the Inquisition.'
People need to stop posting that one of the world's leading anti gay activists is pro gay. It is a disgusting thing to do.

for corroberating stories, I could only find one source and it did not seem to be credible, I searched a bit on the writer of the story and it seems all of his writings are tongue in cheek.

This Pope is breaking the mold but apparently not to the degree in this article.
