I think it is essential to follow every path simultaneously. Go for the constitutional amendment. Go for the court battles. But also go for legislation that would impede the ability of corporations to abuse the system, in particular forcing disclosure all along the chain of donations so donors can't hide behind PACs. If somebody gets $100,000, then all of the source of origin donors should be public record.

Sure, a lot of the efforts won't work, but it can't hurt to go after any and everything that has a chance. It's sort of like looking for a job. Don't just send out one resume and sit back and wait for the offer call. You have to cultivate as many options as possible.

The clip seemed more like a debate to me, even though they share a common objective. It was a debate on which path to take. This should be more like water flowing downhill - whichever path is available, that's where each drop goes.
