16. There are a lot of different kinds of Baptists.

Some are indeed using the title "Bishop" these days. Most of these tend to be primarily African-American congregations. The term seems to be used in the sense and meaning of the early meaning of Bishop, that is Pastor, denoting either a sole pastor or senior pastor. It is also being used in place of using the title Reverand.

So, while it is true that Baptist churches traditionally don't have Bishops, this has been slowly changing over recent years in less mainstream churches.
