Men in their 50s are the most at risk to kill themselves due to impacts from austerity and the sequester.
And yet not one damn thing has been done during this 2nd RepubliCON Great Depression (and it is obviously a depression or you wouldn't have so many suicides) to keep people in their homes, reduce foreclosures and get people jobs. Not one damn thing has been done by RepubliCONS or Democrats to reduce foreclosures or get people in jobs.

The point was never growth in the first place. Austerity has always been about how to extract as much money from the middle class as possible to line the pockets of super-rich political insiders.
