A secret court in the UK has put some people behind bars just for trying to take care of their own relatives. One woman whose father was pronounced 'mentally ill' was locked away. But since the hearings are behind closed doors, it's hard to know why.

at the bottom of the page. I wish I had said it first.

I'm totally stealing it, not to plagiarize, but to point out
the increasingly obvious fact that Ms. Wilson is pointing at,
i.e. that one need not wait until they are actually sitting in
a FEMA camp, wondering WTF just happened, to realize that
... as Leonard Cohen puts it ... everybody knows the game
is completely rigged, the dice are loaded, everything in
sight is hardwired to only benefit the richest .01% of
the populous, and no one else (that's us) has any inherent
value as a human being. Rather, we only have "value"
to their "society" provided we willingly serve as cannon
fodder, dirt-cheap labor, hiring out as poverty pimps,
mercenaries, etc. all aimed at "hiring 1/2 of the population
to kill (or enslave) the other 1/2" (This ruthless utterance
gets traced back to Jay Gould, a 19th Century Railroad tycoon
and union busting asshole.
