Holding a special election 3 weeks before the day of the gubernatorial election will cost a fortune of the taxpayer's $$$. He knows he is going to win the Governors seat (mostly because of stupid Democrats who buy his act) but to insure the biggest landslide he has to keep Cory Booker off the ticket on his big day.
