The more I see of him and his family, the more I worry that is what we are dealing with her. A true sociopath. NO conscience at all. And the belief that this was "god's will" and not a direct result from his bad decisions and inadequacies. This whole thing is crazy making, but I think this guy (and his family) already went around that bend a LONG time ago.

When he exited his vehicle, it was clear that he wanted a confrontation. He sought it out. He approached an unarmed teenager who was simply walking home with Skittles and a soft drink, looking forward to watching the All Stars game at home. GZ deliberately killed an unarmed kid who had committed no offense. Perhaps Trayvon fought back to protect himself - who wouldn't? But Zimmerman was hell bent on altercation. He was the aggressor, and ultimately, he was the assailant. He killed this kid in cold blood.

I have a feeling that Trayvon would have handed him his ass, and that would have been that. And as much as I do not encourage or condone violence, I can't say that I would have blamed Trayvon. If I had been in his shoes, and some strange guy would not stop following me for that amount of time and for that length of distance, in the dark (which I am CONVINCED that is why Trayvon was looking around so much that night, not that he doesn't have the right to just walk "leisurely" and look around, jesus) I would have done the same exact thing... defended myself.
