There was a hearing in the Senate on July 18, 2013 called "Climate Change: It's Happening Now". The above link is Bernie Sanders opening comments. Here is a link to the entire hearing:

This is an hour into the hearing. Senators from both sides at this point have made their opening statements and as you can imagine they are polar opposite by party affiliation. Republicans of course, deny any change in climate and talk about jobs and money and Obama and alarmists.
I'm still listening to it but I wanted to share these great opening remarks.

"It is intellectually beyond comprehension" that you have people denying that climate change is real.
That's been obvious for a long time now, and Sanders is telling it like it is.
