7. No question about the skill of Peter Sellers.

It was only after I saw the movie that I found out he also played the president...and that think he did with his gloved hand was all improvised.

9. I also think I heard Sellers was supposed to play the Slim Pickens character

but he had a heart attack and had to drop the role. I'm sure Sellers would have done a great job, but it's hard to imagine the movie without Slim in it.

10. Yep Pickins as Major Kong was a brilliant pick

And I cannot imagine anyone different in that role.
