(51,369 posts)The GOP governors' refusal to set up state exchanges unexpectedly burdened the federal site's systems. The states with Dem governors who expanded Medicaid and set up their own state exchanges like they were supposed to are not experiencing problems like the red states. For example, the California site, https://www.coveredca.com, is working great.
The GOP is like the arsonist complaining that firefighters didn't put out the blaze fast enough.
