being thrown toward the officer. On top of that, they are supposed to be trained to not respond to water being thrown.. They are supposed to leave and go get dressed. If they wanted to arrest her for police brutality or whatever they call it when they get spit on or have water thrown on them, then simply go up and hand cuff her. No reason what so ever for that cop to sucker punch her like that. That punch looks like it could have caused a concussion. AND if he's comfortable hitting a woman who's a stranger, wonder how he treats his own family members; are they, too, punching bags for his out of control rage issues?

His name is Jonathan Josey. The woman's name is Aida Guzman.

it doesn't surprise me in the least. He'll be getting worker's comp soon because he can't stand his nightmares of his own cowardice.

Was that you in the video? (saw the first name)

I know how these arbitration things can go, and this has to be frustrating… I consider it police brutality.

All the others are wearing blue. I wonder if that means he's of a higher rank in the department. Anyone from Philly know?

The cop was suspended and then brought back. He claimed that he was trying to knock the bottle out of her hand because she was drinking in public.
