We can put the air in cans. This push to privatize water truly is the worst idea ever considered. There is not enough room on any page to list all the reason, but the dumb American public will let it happen.

2. Of course, it's wicked dumb for a community to privatise their very essence, water

So, one needs to ask what motivates the decision makers? Could it be short term profits, y'know the quickbuck that comes to one and then they'll have plenty to move away, get a yacht, or pay high water costs in that community. So why are members of that community letting this happen? Maybe they trust those they put in power. These good citizens were too busy buying "items", watching tv, working, and generally living their lives...they let the ball go out of focus.
