They are already claiming she lied to get a little fame. She apparently was in contact with a local reporter.

I will be very surprized if anything happens to him

that he submit to a psychological evaluation?

Did they drop the ball by not doing that? Or is that something that legally, in that context, couldn't be done?

Maybe some lawyers here can answer as to the legal issue there.
