I remember hearing the news of his suicide on the radio...He was a complicated soul whose message still resonates today.

Phil Ochs was the sort of person who loved and hated too deeply to live a long life, I think.
We need those people, and we'll probably always lose them before their time(as we did with Van Gogh and Kurt Cobain, for example).
