If you want to make the government not function the last thing you need is somebody who is qualified working there. Better to hire some yabbo from Liberty University with a degree in Ignorance.

...the TeaBirch Society stops calling him nasty names. So, Yellen's qualifications are irrelevant.

(Thank goodness they reformed the filibuster rules. Even the half-assed reform they made is a welcome change.)
