as shown by our current financial crisis, brought to us courtesy of debt and those who make it possible.

What I find encouraging is that there are a few people that get this.

"I saved a thousand slaves. I could have saved a thousand more if only they knew they were slaves" Harriet Tubman wrote those words around the time of the Civil War, when the people she was trying to convince were seen as less than human, were being starved, were being moved from place to place for work, denied housing and opportunity, worked for decades and then cast aside like trash....oh, wait. I was going to point out how different it was then and how it should have been easier for them to understand it.

But some things haven't changed so much, yet people still can't figure it out.

So much for hope.

you tend to think it is normal...and that is why they made sure they kept the slaves ignorant and forbade anyone from teaching them to read and write...knoledge is a dangerous thing to the 1%.

I don't even want to know what it is about, but I am sure it is stupid.
