And the really bad thing is there is a very good chance that us democrats will be so idiotic and complacent as to not show up to vote this year, and the right wing will take over both houses of Congress.....how fun for anyone wanting to retire in the next several years will that be.... good luck with that

The Arkansas Legislature is already talking about killing the Medicaid Expansion. I was notified I qualify and am in the program less than a week ago and now they want to kill it. I WILL VOTE IN NOVEMBER but I'm scared to death other Democrats won't and the nutcases will win again. I'm 4 years from early retirement and I'm afraid that'll disappear too. I'm working 10 hours a week now and running out savings. Social Security, even at 70%, and Medicaid could keep me alive, healthy and not homeless.

I saw Ross once, don't know much. We used to be democrats but there's lots of racist teabaggers (same thing right? )who blame us for electing President Obama. I sure dont want Asa the AH!

There is no ambition in the Repuglican or Teabagger party to execute any social policy unless it is something that benefits the top 1 percent of income holders. Everything else they speak is pure hypocrisy.

Chewed them out over mixing the Iran issues with the Veterans Bill. I told them that they have broken a sacred trust by trying to manipulate the Iran sanctions issue by USING veterans this way. The phone people could tell I was older and really pissed. I also told them I'd be spreading the word.

And often I will sit in one of the waiting rooms, watching the TV news there. Mostly its on CNN, but one time this guy got up to change the channel. He put it on Fox News, and all THE VETS stood up and screamed, "Turn that off, put it back to CNN, we are NOT WATCHING THAT CRAP!"

I THOUGHT... wow, I am so proud of these guys!

I have a 30% service-connected disability, for which I get a pension of somewhat more than $485 per month. Every year, there is a cost of living increase in my pension. This year, it came to $5. I do believe that the cost of living went up by more than 1%.

Mitch McConnell has that particular kernel of physiological skill not just in appearance, or in a mental political trauma, but radiates like an unstable isotope.

McConnell’s constituents must have the same idiotic notion he represents. Still in that mental conservative state of a flat planet, McConnell with his constituents thinking to push hard enough President Obama and the all the Democratic Party will fall off the edge.

Those people that vote for this guy have to be the dumbest bunch of freqazoids on the planet. Or they do believe they could walk upside down.

Any party that can justify trashing veteran benefits in the window that president Obama is trying to shut down the war in Afghanistan is a marvel in mental depreciation.

Can Cheer the solider who packs it up and goes over seas, but when he comes back with a leg missing and in wheel chair will bitch at him for taking the governments money in disabilities. If they had their choice, they would deny all VETERANS disability and line their pockets with that money. THEY SECRETLY give the finger to Vets...and cheer the new crop of soldiers and sailors who go to bootcamp.

They make it impossible for a normal guy or girl to get a decent job, so they have no choice but to go into the military just to survive. Republicans hate that too, they probably think soldier and sailors should work in the military for the patriotic love of their country, and not receive pay, OR LITTLE pay. Slave wages... THAT will be next... first screw the veterans and than say.. "Look goddamn it, we give you clothes, we feed you, we give you a warm bed at night..what the hell else do you want? Where is your love of country!! Be patriotic.. forgo your paycheck!!"

They would try and do it too.
