Just saw this ad by the Canadian Real Estate Association on the CBC.
Its a good thing that the Lewis family didn't own a dog.

...via advertising. After the SWAT team leaves, they should check the building and grounds for drugs and cash.

But I thought same, Don't use a realtor: you are dumb. Terrorized by militarized police: funny situation; free-pass.

3. A realtor is not likely to tell perspective buyers that kind of information anyway -- except

in the very fine print of any info they are required to law to disclose.
