My Mexican neighbors have a lot of patio parties during the summer and I've never called the cops on them even when they go past midnight. I just go over there and ask them to turn things down. Biggest problem is finding someone who speaks English if Jose (the owner of the house) isn't there.

Children with pepper spray in their eyes. WTF?

5. I've also noticed a deafening sound......

...from the ACLU. I mean they know about it, but I haven't heard about any lawsuits. Threats of lawsuits. Harsh words. No dropping of anybody from their Xmas card mailing list. Nothing.

- These ''pubic officials'' only care if they're gonna lose some money. Or do jail time, which almost never happens anymore unless they're stupid enough to mess with somebody who's rich.

3. I'm guessing no weapons were found or outstanding warrants

on the people they arrested . One reason so many police are
sent to a party like this is many times these are gang related parties that do have a lot of the
partygoers armed .

6. No, I'm sure that would have resulted in at least warning shots being fired.

- And since there have been no reports of missing or wounded neighbors either, it appears at least they kept the collateral damage down to wounding small children and the elderly.
