"Flashmob" across 9 different cities in Siberia

More than 2000 people danced simultaneously in 9 cities: Irkutsk, Abakan, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Krasnoyarsk, Kemerovo, Kyzyl, Tomsk, Gorno-Altaisk.

A little something I ran across that I thought is a good reminder that we are not all that different.

I could not find the date but it may be the last day of school. Last day of school in Russia (and Ukraine, and probably other close countries) is a big holiday where all the older kids /students spend the day downtown and the cities all have decorations and events for them.

Flash mobs always choke me up, in a good way.
There is so much joy inside of people. Always
waiting for a chance to come out, to push through
the sadness and anger that sits on top of it, hides
and smothers it.

Human beings. Dancing, breathing! We were born
for joy, I am sure.
