Just heard about this on the teve. The State Dept. produced it to discourage recruits.
Isis isn't the only one who can get in the social media game I guess.

I think the best line is - You'll only need a one way ticket because you won't be coming home.

From what I'm reading the recruits are attracted to violence so I'm not sure this is effective.

and revoke their return ticket the passport. Perhaps advertising that they been microchiiped might also be helpful.
