Related: About this forumMcCain: "Has Rand Paul Ever Met With ISIS?"
This is a somewhat strange interview where Hannity appears to be on the side of common sense by arguing against McCain's suggestion of arming the Syrian rebels.
McCain claims that he's in contact with the rebels every day.
McCain again conflates ISIS with the Syrian rebels in the same way he did in a previous Fox interview where he said the President refused to arm ISIS.
Hannity's sanity is short-lived however, as at the end of the interview he says we need more "shock and awe", obviously referring to more American boots on the ground and bombs in the air.

(1,782 posts)Americans sacrificed their lives to take those cities, so now that we've lost them more Americans should sacrifice their lives to retake those cities, to redeem the sacrifice of those who have died already. Never mind that more lives will be lost.
Yesterday on DU there was a piece about sleep deprivation and how over-extended people near or below the poverty line often have to work more than one job and end up never getting enough sleep. This causes irreversible brain damage. Maybe that's Hannity's audience. Maybe they have 5 minutes free time all day and they spend it watching crap like this. They're too dazed from overwork to question the logic.
