The kansas supreme court needs to step in and find him in contempt. The justice department could probably open an investigation for voting fraud. There is nothing in the law allowing a disclaimer to be attached to a ballot.

Shouldn't the Secretary of State position here, seeing as it's overseeing elections, be at least nominally non-partisan? This seems so blatantly corrupt that it makes the entire position a joke at the expense of the democratic process.
