Veteran Nicholas Bailey says it himself in the video you’ll find below: “Nobody asked her to do it.” To whom he is referring is Rachel, an eight-year-old girl who simply sells lemonade at her very own stand. What brings Nicholas and Rachel together is that Rachel, upon hearing of Nicholas’s struggles with reintegration, donates what money her stand makes toward the training of Nicholas’s new service dog, stepping up to provide assistance when no one else would.
