America's Lawyer Mike Papantonio appears on MSNBC's The Ed Show to discuss another case of extreme police ineptitude, in which a South Carolina police officer shot a black man for reaching for his drivers license.

The victim was very lucky this cop was such a poor shot, 5-6 shots at almost point blank range and he only hit his target once? The cop also wasnt aware of the fact that he could have shot innocent bystanders as his bullets were flying everywhere.What a dumb ass cop.

The fact that he didn't consider bystanders when he started during wildly disturbed me, as well. It's a wonder more people weren't shot.
