Marlene Pinnock spoke out Thursday about the settlement in her case against the CHP. Not only was the officer forced to resign, and never work as a CHP officer again, she received money for a managed trust, and the officer will likely face charges going forward.
I am shocked -- in a good way -- that justice appears in this case to have come to this lovely woman.
