Because the short-attention-span crowd and the low-information crowd, too, is always looking for simplification. A quick hit. A quick fix. Don't wanna waste time having to think about it or look into it to any depth or spend any time researching it. That's what you get with a dumbed-down society. So if all they see is this headline, that's good enough. We have to think and become fluent in short-hand. That's why bumpersticker politics is so important. 2. Has blocked/ filibustered votes in the Senate around 400 times, and not one jobs bill
3. Voted against the Affordable Health Care Act, and still did not introduce one jobs bill
4. likes to go to the micro-phone and say nothing and do nothing right along with his right wing leadership, and still no jobs bill
5. Unemployment rate in Kentucky 6.7%, and still no jobs bill from Touché Turtle
