You seem to be watching this clip through the prism/filter/mindset of a totalitarian society like Russia. Which is doubly strange since you often post RT, which definitely does much more than "couch" the truth but are in fact full of BS.
Here is Stewart not couching the truth at all about the police abuse problems:
No, freedom of speech or lack of national debate is not the problem we're having on this issue. Strange you think it is. Maybe you are confusing it with another country you may be familiar with.
