Not satisfied with the Republicans’ attempt to get the Keystone XL pipeline approved, TransCanada is now trying to use eminent domain to seize the land that they need to build their tar sands export pipeline.

America’s Lawyer, Mike Papantono, appears on The Ed Schultz Show to discuss this.

This pipe line must be stopped. Not only because it is environmentally unsound it is also a threat to private property in America
There is now way a foreign corporation should be allowed to take Americans property by eminent domain.
There is no way any corporation should be allowed to take private property for no reason other than their increased profit.
America gets nothing from this pipeline. No jobs and no energy. This is a joke.
