I'm not clear about how this press conference shows an EU/US split on Ukraine.
What I hear is that the US considers Ukraine to be a US/NATO asset, and that the US demands that Russia stop providing weapons to Ukraine because the US/NATO faction should be the only provider, in this civil war that followed a coup overthrowing Democracy.
