when it comes to Obamacare! I was in a store doing some shopping the other day when I heard a young redneck type trashing Obamacare. The nerve of that guy! I immediately set him straight, telling him that Obamacare enabled me to save $350 per month - that's over 4 grand a year, because my income is low enough to qualify for a huge subsidy. He immediately got all fake apologetic with a line like, "I'm so happy that it's working out for you...", to which I replied, "Yeah, right..." These ignorant jerks go around mindlessly trashing something that might actually help - themselves! The huge vacuum that is between their ears readily sucks up whatever right wing BS they are fed. They're not even smart enough to know on which side their bread is buttered, or to approach things case by case, with the intellectual honesty and discernment necessary to know what works and what doesn't. I don't agree with everything Obama has done, or everything he wants to do, like the TPP, and believe that he didn't go far enough with healthcare reform. But what the heck - I did my homework and found out that Obamacare, although it ain't perfect, was good enough to save me a whole s#*tload of money!
