It's time to revisit this prank call from the Buffalo Beast 4 years ago.
The caller is talking to Walker impersonating a Koch brother.

One of the things remarkable about this is that Walker at that moment in time may not have been well connected to the Koch's, considering he talked to the imposter thinking he was a Koch brother for twenty minutes. I'm sure by now Scott has better learned "his master's voice."
