They're some of the best damn cooks in the country. They pride themselves on it. NY has a huge Fire House cook off every year, and the entries aren't crappy take-out pizza, either:

They bring cookies for all three shifts during the day so the PM and NOC shifts get a little card and crumbs. That's what we get for Nurses' Week. This year, we can PAY to nominate a nurse for an honor award. We have to PAY THE hospital to nominate worthy recipients. Our CEO is a big time Republican supporter.

When I delivered pizza back in college, you know who tipped best?

Firemen

And carpenters and plumbers, guys with a truck full of tools and equipment in their driveway. in the decent but far from rich neighborhoods.

You know who tipped worst?

Rich brats left money by their parents who went out for the evening, in the mansion-grade neighborhood.

Guess which Mitt resembles?

In the city that never sleeps - he's in bed before 9:00.

He's going to party like it's 1925.

At a funeral he's often mistaken for the corpse in the room.

He uses an instructional children's video to tell him how to safely browse the internet.

His personal horror was having to sell off some of his rich father's stock.

He can speak Spanish.... in Spanish.

He is.... Mitt Romney - the LEAST interesting man in the world!!!

"I tried beer once as a wayward teenager - those were my wild years."

Stay boring my friends.

Old scandal: Clark had a photo op at Anzio with a grunt, where he was supposedly sharing a "D" ration (a really, really awful rat bar) with a grunt. After the pic was taken, he gave the D-bar to the soldier and said, "Here, soldier, you eat this." It caused a mini-uproar at the time.

I sometimes sincerely wonder if Mittens is not mentally ill. Does he not know that his every move is on camera, that his every word is recorded? He seems to live only in the present moment, with no idea of consequences.

You're quite right, there's ample proof that he does have this odd idea that he can just say ANYTHING. He seems bizarrely affronted (over and over again) when people actually notice that he contradicts himself!
