Migrants Deaths: 'These are people running away from hell'

So the Military-Industrial-Complex (that we're responsible for unleashing upon the world), takes our tax money and builds the weapons that they then sell to our allies. Who can then go out and kill civilians in neighboring countries that they're feuding with, and blow up their houses and cities. Later the IMF or the World Bank loans them the money they need to rebuild their homes and schools and hospitals that our allies (we) blew up. And when they can't pay back the loan (as planned), we get to put a new military base there. Oh, and if they have oil, they get to sell that to us on the cheap -- so we don't have to have a significant reduction in the quality of our ''way of life.''

When it all becomes so intolerable that it makes as much sense to wait to be killed by bombs and shrapnel as it does to drown in the ocean - this is the result.

- And that boys and girls ends today's lesson on the American form of ''democracy.''
