was enjoying every minute of it!

Sorry--I know this link is to the Mirror, but that is where I was able to find a clear picture of the damage done to the man's face. It cost him $60,000 in plastic surgery to repair the damage--not to mention how the trauma has to be affecting his life in other ways!

Ex K9 here. These dogs aren't supposed to even TARGET the face of a suspect. Legs or arms, NOT the face.
More wrongdoing here by the cops, for sure.
