Is Baltimore's curfew a Dress Rehearsal for Martial Law?

One of the best discussions I've heard not only on the martial law aspect but bail procedures and in particular the right the LEOs had to arrest Freddie Gray or not. See what you think.

I don't know if it is a prelude to martial law, but I think it is wrong. ellenrr May 2015 #1

I don't think there is ever a reason to impose a curfew.
In this case, I think it was imposed to create a picture of those "bad Black protestors", to induce fear in people.
